HTC Group B.V., European market leader for speed gates, announces the acquisition of all activities of TESCON Sicherheitssysteme AG, the leading German manufacturer of high-security bollards, road blockers and anti-terrorism security solutions. This strategic acquisition strengthens HTC's position in the growing market for critical infrastructure security.
Over more than 20 years, TESCON Sicherheitssysteme AG has developed into a respected specialist for sophisticated security solutions. The German company supplies certified systems to protect critical infrastructure, airports, government facilities and temporary security applications against vehicle attacks involving trucks weighing up to 30 tonnes travelling at 80 km/h.
